Welcome to Morozova School. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. School Operations

Morozova School operates entirely online with branches in Europe and Mexico. All classes are conducted via Zoom, Skype, Miro, and Google Presentations.

3. Session Details

• Each session lasts 50 minutes.
• Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are to be made electronically.
• The cost of each session must be covered in advance.
• Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of your access to classes.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a respectful attitude towards teachers and fellow students.
• Any form of rudeness, disruptive behavior, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
• The school reserves the right to block or expel students who exhibit bad attitudes or are rude.

6. Right of Admission

• Morozova School reserves the right to admit or deny admission to any student.
• Students who fail to comply with payment terms or exhibit inappropriate behavior may be denied access to classes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials provided by Morozova School are the intellectual property of the school and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Morozova School is not liable for any technical issues or interruptions in service.
• The school is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from participation in online classes.

10. Amendments

• Morozova School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to students via email or the school’s website.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the school branch you are enrolled in is located.
